This complex is the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) first design/build project in the Washington, D.C. area, the GSA'S largest region. The project will serve as the headquarters and operations center for the Internal Revenue Services, the U.S. Government's tax collection agency. The project is a three-building complex with state-of-the art technological amenities including raised flooring, advanced HVAC and electrical systems, a television studio and other special areas.
