Corolla Light Sport Center
Y&R Group International designed a 13,500 square feet planned addition to an existing 32,500 square feet facility that would expand its use to reflect current usage requirements.
It would provide expanded athletic facilities a multi-purpose basketball/volleyball area as well as administrative offices for the community association.
The challenge was to provide this addition in accordance with strict architectural guidelines and within a limited budget.
